Our mission is to ensure our students receive well-rounded instruction that encompasses strength and flexibility training, skill acquisition, technique and performance skills. Instructor to student ratio is low so that our students get as much individualized instruction as possible.

IMPORTANT!
All participants must have a valid liability waiver on file. Any participant under 18 years of age must have a waiver on file signed by his/her parent or legal guardian. If the parent or legal guardian will not be present, the waiver can be completed online and a copy of the guardian’s drivers licence must be provided at the time of check-in.
